Service Center EUROTERM
Service Center EUROTERM was founded in 2002 as part of the Technical Center EUROTERM. Creation of the Service Center was conditioned by the necessity of customer service during warranty and post warranty period, especially for products sold by TC EUROTERM, as well as supporting other companies and individuals.
Currently, the Service Center EUROTERM provides warranty and post warranty service for the full range of products for the heating systems (boilers, gas water heaters and other equipment and accessories), as well as electrical appliances (washing machines, water heaters, air conditioners, gas and electric cookers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, other large and small electrical appliances), which are supplied by our company directly from the manufacturers.
Service Center EUROTERM offers its customers the benefits, providing services quickly and qualitatively, free of charge during the warranty period and at low rates in the post warranty period, throughout the country.
Service Center EUROTERM consists of the following divisions:
- Administration, which manages the entire activity;
- Economic department, which provides Service Center with all necessary financial information, calculates costs, monthly and annual budget, accounting processes;
- Department responsible for repair of large household appliances, installations and repair of boilers, gas and electric cookers;
- Department responsible for repair of small electrical appliances;
- Department responsible for repair of TV, audio-video equipment;
- Department responsible for repair and maintenance of gas and electric boilers, gas water heaters;
- Reception, which receives calls from customers, records and transmits them to the corresponding department;
- Department responsible for receiving the goods for repair, from clients and distribution of them to the corresponding departments of the Service Center;
- Warehouse of spare parts used for repair of the goods, as well as for sale.
Service Center EUROTERM possesses the following:
- Modern equipment and tools that allow checking, diagnose and repair the goods in an optimal period of time;
- Vehicles for customer service throughout the country, equipped with GPS;
- Skilled staff, trained and certified by manufacturers, as well as by relevant government authorities of Moldova;
- Modern software;
- Original spare parts.

- Periodic maintenance works, using high-quality specialized equipment and tools.
